Week Two - 23rd August 2011


I am feeling amazing, it has been a week since I began working with Sara to change my eating and exercise habits and I haven’t felt the need to slip back into my old ways once. I haven’t had any cravings, and the food I am now eating is delicious and filling. Already, I’ve noticed I have increased energy levels. The only obstacle for me at this stage is that not everybody has been as supportive as they could be.
