Week 6 - 20th September 2011


Back to normal this week, and I am still feeling great, I have so much more energy than I used to, my clothes are becoming noticeably looser and I have no desire whatsoever to fall back into my old habits. I love that the food tastes so good and that I don’t get awful sugar cravings like I used to, in fact I get hungry a lot less often altogether. I drink a lot of water now also which is fantastic as I think my body finally knows the difference between thirst and hunger.
