Week One - 16th August 2011


Today was my first meeting with Sara the Nutrition Coach at Simple Tasty Nutrition. I am incredibly motivated and determined to achieve my goal of losing weight and being healthy. I reached a ‘breaking point’ realising the fad diets that lasted a week or two aren’t going to get me anywhere. I’m tired, tired of being tired, tired of getting out of breath from basic exercise, tired of having low self-esteem and always thinking of myself as fat. But on a positive note, I am completely ready to take control and throw myself straight in the deep end, starting from day one!
