MEASUREMENTS


After 10 Weeks on the Simple Tasty Nutrition Program I have lost 13.9kg and 64cms! I am very happy!





Week 8 - October 4th 2011


I am a bridesmaid in March 2012 and this week we brought our dresses!! I got mine two sizes smaller than I am currently!! This is a huge step for me, one that I definitely wouldn’t have taken unless I was completely sure and confident that I will continue achieving my goal. I haven’t felt so great in such a long time. I can notice my body shape changing now, clothes are getting too big to wear, other people are complimenting me, and I can’t wait for it to continue!

Week 7 - 27th September 2011


This week, personally was a really rough and testing week for me. I am so pleased that even during this time I had no desire to turn to the comfort food like I would of before I began the Simple Tasty Nutrition Program, this really does show me just how much my body, and my attitude has changed. I did get a bit slack with exercise during this week, but I am ready to get right back into it now.

MEASUREMENTS

 23rd September 2011

Sara took my second measurement and weight readings. In 3.5 weeks I have lost 28.5cms and 7kgs!!! Feeling on top of the world, the results are amazing, I really can achieve my goal!!

Week 6 - 20th September 2011


Back to normal this week, and I am still feeling great, I have so much more energy than I used to, my clothes are becoming noticeably looser and I have no desire whatsoever to fall back into my old habits. I love that the food tastes so good and that I don’t get awful sugar cravings like I used to, in fact I get hungry a lot less often altogether. I drink a lot of water now also which is fantastic as I think my body finally knows the difference between thirst and hunger.

Week 5 - 13th September 2011

Again, this week I am away all week visiting family. I am preparing/cooking my own meals while I am here. During the week I was presented with a few challenges which I expected and prepared myself for. E.g. one night we had a “kids party” for dinner, there was hot chips, savaloys, lollies, chocolate, cake, all the junk food I used to love..Instead I cooked my own meat and vege and had a couple of squares of dark chocolate and a small wine. I have learnt that food is not everything, it has the purpose of fuelling our bodies, not comforting me or making me feel better after a bad day or anything else that I used to use as an excuse. I have been for a lot of walks, and I am feeling really good. I am also finding that I am generally getting a better quality sleep!

Week 4 - 6th September 2011


I am presented with new challenges this week as I am going to be travelling and away from home. During my time away I have three milestone birthdays to celebrate and I think the biggest challenge will be pressure from others and saying no. The most important thing for me is to be well organised- I have my nuts and fruit ready to take with me and I know what meals I will make. I feel great!!
